ACT and SAT Test Preparation
We offer ACT and SAT Test Preparation coaching sessions for individuals, small groups, and classes for students to develop the specific skills necessary to achieve high scores, to learn vital test-taking strategies, and to practice through sample tests and writing exercises.
Tutoring Services
We are proud to offer comprehensive individual and small group tutoring services for elementary, middle school, high school, undergraduate, and graduate students. Moreover, our experienced tutors are not only certified but also award-winning teachers who are deeply passionate about helping students further develop the essential skills they need to meet their goals. Additionally, to ensure maximum flexibility and convenience, we offer both face-to-face and online tutoring options.

Phillip has been tutoring both my high school sons for the last year and a half. They are each different writers so I can write from the perspective of two different types of tutoring that Phillip provides. For my older son, he is able to help in fine tuning and teaching the more nuanced touches of a finished paper. For my younger son, he helped greatly with organization and structuring his papers. After just a few lessons, my younger son has improved 10 fold. He is more confident and earning As in English! Phillip is always incredibly responsive and accommodating with online appointment times. I came to Phillip with only a week left before the AP Lang exam. I had not taken the corresponding AP course, so I really did not know anything about the exam format/grading/timing/etc. Not only did Phillip provide me with helpful exam resources and thoughtful analysis of my essays, he also gave me lots of needed encouragement! The fact that he has read thousands of AP Lang exam essays as an AP grader really made his tutoring excellent. After only two lessons, I felt very well prepared for the exam.
