Throughout my 17-year career in education, I’ve consistently driven meaningful change across multiple levels of educational leadership.
My extensive experience includes:
– Serving as a curriculum director, principal, assistant principal, and teacher
– Presenting at state and national conferences on topics like student achievement, wellness, and educational leadership
– Developing comprehensive district-wide improvement strategies
– Mentoring educators and supporting student success
How I Got Here
My journey in education began with a passion for learning and a deep commitment to making a difference. After completing my bachelor’s degree in English language and literature for secondary education, I realized that education was more than just teaching—it was about creating transformative experiences for students and educators alike.
My academic journey continued with a master’s degree in literature, an educational specialist degree, and ultimately a Ph.D. in educational leadership. Each step of my educational path reinforced my belief that strategic leadership and continuous improvement could dramatically impact educational outcomes.
Today, I coach and consult for educational institutions, individuals, and businesses, helping them develop strategic plans, improve curriculum, and enhance professional development practices. My work focuses on bridging gaps, fostering innovation, and creating sustainable improvement strategies.

When I’m not working with clients, I find joy in staying active and spending time with my family. I’m an avid basketball player and enjoy working out, which helps me maintain the energy and focus needed for my professional endeavors. Reading and writing remain close to my heart—passions that have defined my academic and professional journey.
My greatest joy comes from vacationing with my wife and two children, creating memories and experiencing the world together. These moments remind me why continuous improvement matters—it’s about creating better opportunities and experiences for ourselves and future generations.
