At Continuous Improvement Solutions, we offer only digital products, and due to their nature, all sales are final. Once a purchase is completed, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or returns.

Non-Refundable Items
Digital products, including but not limited to:

  • Downloadable software
  • Online courses
  • E-books
  • Digital resources and templates

These items are considered consumed at the point of purchase.

Exceptions
