Growing up, I was always a talker. It’s no shock to my parents that communication always fascinated me.

My journey into this role didn't happen overnight. 

I first decided to study communications during my initial Public Speaking course. 

One day, our teacher showed a video featuring ex-FBI agent Joe Navarro. He discussed the nonverbal communication cues he picked up during interrogations to detect when people were lying.

The ability to know what people are thinking and feeling? 

This man was a superhero! 

And he was using communication as his superpower!

Inspired by this, I pursued a degree in Communication Leadership and Strategy with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Psychology from Michigan State University.

I began my career in communications and marketing for nonprofit and government organizations. 

I was living the dream, but I knew there was more I could do.

Don't get me wrong; I absolutely loved the work I was doing. However, not everyone shared my passion for the communication field. 

As I observed more, I noticed many businesses struggled with the same communication and marketing issues.

I wanted not only the freedom to help spread effective communication across various fields but also to teach others the communication "superpowers" that have already helped many individuals and businesses reach their goals.

Today I work with countless organizations and individuals helping them reach their communication and marketing goals. 

My advice has been featured in multiple publications including LinkedIn Daily, Entrepreneur and RE Business.

My goal is to help you get your own communication “superpowers” and reach your communications and marketing goals. 

I graduated college at 20, thanks to my amazing parents who were both teachers. 

Starting college at 16 and taking extra classes for fun helped me earn my degree early. This experience taught me the value of hard work and the importance of seizing opportunities.

When I’m not working, I love staying active with hiking, boxing, or spending time with my dog Lily. 

Boxing a couple of times a week, an activity I started with my mom, keeps me energized and focused. Nature walks with Lily are also one my favorite way to unwind and recharge.

I’m passionate about travel and new experiences. 

In 2020, I started a travel blog to share my adventures. Exploring different cultures, foods, and customs broadens my perspective and fuels my creativity. 

As one of my favorite quotes goes, “Travel far enough, you’ll meet yourself.”
